General Duties & Responsibilities: (though not limited to)

• Building trusting relationships with customers.
• Providing sales and technical support to customers.
• Assisting with invoicing.
• Managing incoming and outgoing stock.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties including picking, packing and dispatching.
• Assisting with returns, repairs, credit and backorder processes.
• Processing customer orders and quotation requests.
• Being the first point of contact for the branch, including assisting customers over the front counter, via phone and E-mail.
• Cross-selling and up-selling products to customers.
• Supporting the external sales team and management.
• Learning and continually developing product knowledge for BGWT's range of access control, security systems and CCTV surveillance products.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• A people person.
• Confidence in dealing with customers and the ability to develop strong relationships.
• A positive can do attitude, willingness to learn and dedicated.
• An interest in technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Previous experience in electronic security or IT will be a real advantage.
